The Best Places to Work (BPTW) is a globally recognized certification program that honors leading workplaces across more than 60 countries. In Jordan, Partners for Good holds exclusive rights to employ BPTW’s specialized assessment tools. This certification process empowers organizations to reshape their workplace culture by identifying strengths, uncovering weaknesses, and offering guidance to drive change and inspire employees. BPTW is a self-funded initiative driven by Partners for Good.

Activities

The 4-6-week certification journey comprises the following phases:

PROJECT KICKOFF

1 WEEKS
Your company will receive all the necessary documentation and communication toolkits to prepare for the program’s launch.

HR ASSESSMENT AND EMPLOYEE SURVEY

2-3 WEEKS
Your HR Team will complete the HR assessment, while your employees will participate in scoring your organization across the eight workplace factors, in a secure and confidential platform.

ANALYSIS AND VALIDATION

1-2 WEEKS
The collected data undergoes thorough analysis and validation, moving beyond mere statistics to create a precise engagement index and assess how your HR practices align with the standard people framework.

CERTIFICATION

1 WEEKS
If your company exceeds the threshold index, congratulations! Your organization is certified as a Best Place to Work, entitling you to enjoy the benefits of this esteemed certification. (1 week)

DEVELOPMENT AND ACTION PLANS

Your team will receive ongoing support and monitoring of your progress in enhancing the workplace and taking tangible steps to address identified gaps. Additionally, Partners for Good collaborates with three strategic partners proficient in business development, coaching, training, and capacity building, who are available to provide additional support as needed.
