To apply for “Best Workplaces for Women” 2021 certification, your company must meet each of the following qualifications:

  • An official company registered in Jordan with a national number, and subject to the Companies Law
  • Have at least 10 employees
  • Female employees’ percentage between 20%-30%
  • Been in business at least 2 years
