Jordan–Netherlands Tech Connect

The Jordan–Netherlands Tech Connect is a dynamic four-year programme funded by the Netherlands Ministry of Foreign Affairs and implemented by Partners for Good, aimed at building a sustainable digital economy corridor between Jordan and the Netherlands. Designed to support over 200 Jordanian ICT companies, the programme offers a fully-structured pathway to Dutch and European markets — from export readiness training and on-site technical expert support, to pilot projects, commercial contract facilitation, and EU market expansion.

The programme equips participating companies with the skills, partnerships, and international standing needed to compete in European markets. Through tailored training tracks covering EU regulatory compliance, Dutch business culture, and international tender writing, companies build the foundational competencies for cross-border trade. Dedicated international and local technical experts are deployed directly within participating companies, providing hands-on support to elevate product and service quality to EU standards and co-develop growth strategies suited to the Dutch and European business environment.

A distinctive feature of the programme is its commitment to turning readiness into real business outcomes. Companies are matched with Dutch partners to launch funded pilot projects, validate their market fit, and transition from concept to commercial contract. The programme provides end-to-end support across this journey — from curated matchmaking with Dutch companies and investors, to contract structuring, revenue pipeline development, and scaling into the wider EU. An annual Jordan–Netherlands Summit held in Amman brings Dutch experts, investors, and partner companies together for a high-impact three-day event where relationships are forged and introductions become deals.

The programme also champions quality and inclusion in the workplace, supporting participating companies in achieving internationally recognised certifications — including Best Workplace and Best Women’s Workplace certifications — strengthening Jordan’s position as a competitive and inclusive destination in the digital economy.
