These pillars reflect our methodology in carrying out our work to achieve our objectives, which we built in alignment with the Sustainable Development Goals , and the strategic objectives of relevant national plans in Jordan, as well as the developmental goals of key donor organizations.
We regularly monitor and measure our results and impact, so we can adjust our current interventions and develop our future programs based on the data and
information gathered and analyzed.
OUR APPROACH
Guided by our vision to catalyze community-driven development and foster positive change, Partners for Good orchestrates and executes its development programs with a distinctive thematic approach. We prioritize three overarching themes at the core of our strategy: promoting entrepreneurship and employment, advancing the economic empowerment of women, and supporting food security while enhancing livelihoods. Participatory and inclusive actions
At Partners for Good, we firmly believe that meaningful change begins with the active involvement of stakeholders and the communities we aim to serve. Our approach starts with participatory and baseline assessment methods. We’re committed to an inclusive and comprehensive approach that ensures we fully grasp the dimensions of the programs we undertake. Rather than working on behalf of local communities, we work collaboratively alongside them, giving voice to their concerns and ensuring they actively participate in program design, implementation, and action. This approach ensures that initiatives are holistically executed and carried through to completion, with the community’s needs and aspirations central to our interventions. Our inclusive approach extends to engaging with local communities to understand their capacities and aspirations fully. By doing so, we can effectively incorporate their requirements into suitable intervention models and provide the necessary technical support to make our initiatives not only sustainable but also impactful.

Partners for Good operates on the principle of genuine empowerment. We design our programs with a long-term perspective, aiming for sustainable outcomes that outlast the program’s duration. To achieve this, we actively foster partnerships with local and international stakeholders, both from the private and public sectors. These partnerships are more than just a strategy; they are a potent tool for strengthening and expanding our initiatives. Our partnership approach is deeply rooted in inclusivity, as we view stakeholders as essential collaborators from the program’s inception. By involving them in the co-design of program activities, we ensure their meaningful engagement and effective implementation. Through our work, we empower stakeholders and beneficiaries to continue their sustainable initiatives independently after our involvement ends. We equip them with the knowledge, support, awareness, and tools needed to sustain the progress achieved. Our ultimate goal is to enable them to carry forward their visions for the betterment of their communities and beyond.
