Overview
Youth-JO: Level UP! Capacitating youth with foundational skills which increase their entrepreneurship or employability prospects in agricultural and tourism sectors.
Youth-JO: Level UP! is a 3-year project that aims to elevate the economic prospects of 1,500 youth across Jordan by equipping them with essential skills, facilitating job placement, fostering entrepreneurship, and igniting their entrepreneurial potential.
Project achieves its goals through providing relevant training, coaching, mentoring, internship, and job match making in the in agricultural and tourism. It grants youth the needed soft skills that support their employment in the targeted sector.
Furthermore, youth with entrepreneurial potential are trained and coached to set up their own income generating businesses giving them the opportunity to compete for receiving a seed fund allowing them to take their ideas to the next level.
Youth Jo Level up targets youth, age between 35 -18. Targeted locations include Jerash, Ajloun, Amman, Madaba, Balqa and the golden tourism triangle (Aqaba, Petra and Wadi Rum).
Project is developed by a consortium led by Partners for Good (PfG) in partnership with LMNS for Social Development (LMNS), Advance Consulting (AC) through Fal for Consulting and Management Services.
